Responsibilities

• Track scholar engagement data to monitor interactions.
• Identify gaps in scholar success and flag students needing support.
• Coordinate communication timelines for continuing-year outreach.
• Support outreach through email and phone communication.
• Build reports that summarize trends and support program improvements.
• Manage retention projects and adapt strategies to evolving student needs.
