Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi seeks a Student Services & Success Coordinator to support CECS students, coordinate peer mentoring, and connect them with campus resources. The role emphasizes retention efforts and collaboration with engineering staff.

The position reports to the College of Engineering - ENGR and involves program oversight, data tracking, and event coordination on a Corpus Christi campus setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field.
• Two years of related experience.
• Additional education/experience may be substituted for the minimum requirements.
• Associate's degree and four years of related experience, OR
• Master's degree.

Responsabilités

• Assist students with academic challenges and connect them to relevant resources.
• Collaborate with college personnel to promote available services.
• Oversee peer mentoring and match students with mentors.
• Identify at-risk students and develop individualized support plans.
• Explain curriculum requirements to support informed planning.
• Conduct outreach to promote resources and participation.
• Organize workshops to enhance academic skills and resilience.
• Make travel arrangements for competitions or conferences.
• Monitor and report on program effectiveness.
