Qualifications

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Two years of professional experience in student services or related field.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple campus departments to support student success.
• Advise students individually and in groups on routine matters.
• Make data-driven recommendations within established parameters to improve policies/practices.
• Promote collaboration between divisions to enhance student retention and graduation rates.
