Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Two years of related experience.
• Experience in student programming, admissions, recruitment, event coordination or related areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typical computer programs.
• Ability to learn CRM and event management systems.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute orientation programs for new students.
• Recruit, train and supervise orientation leaders and ambassadors.
• Coordinate campus visits, Welcome Center operations and campus tours.
• Assist in recruitment events and on-site event logistics; support guest communications.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email and in-person interactions.
