Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field.
• Two years of related experience.
• Substitutions: Associate's degree + 4 years OR Master's degree accepted.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Identify academic challenges and connect students with tutoring, counseling, and other support services.
• Ensure students are aware of and have access to the full range of academic and support services.
• Facilitate peer-to-peer mentoring and match mentors with students.
• Identify at-risk students and develop individualized support plans to improve retention and success.
• Assist students in understanding curriculum requirements for informed planning.
• Conduct outreach to students and faculty to promote resources and participation.
• Organize and lead workshops to enhance academic skills and resilience.
• Make travel arrangements for students attending competitions or conferences.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of initiatives using data to refine programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
