Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned caseload of students and provide ongoing outreach, coaching, mentoring, and navigation support.
• Identify and address barriers impacting student success, persistence, retention, and degree completion.
• Develop individualized student support plans and intervention strategies.
• Monitor academic progress and connect students to tutoring, advising, financial aid, wellness services, and accessibility resources.
