Job summary

Brookdale Community College is seeking a Student Success Navigator within the Community College Opportunity Program (CCOG) to foster community engagement and strengthen student support services in Monmouth County. You will build relationships with local students and families, connecting them to enrollment and financial aid resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of experience in higher education or student success, advising, or related field.
• Experience with diverse and underserved student populations and with tracking systems/CRMs.
• Experience gathering, managing, and reporting student data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and community events to support enrollment and outreach.
• Promote outreach with community organizations and local schools.
• Develop on-site programs targeting high school students, adult learners, and underrepresented groups.
• Support Enrollment, Orientation, and retention initiatives with the Student Success Division.
• Create and distribute recruitment and financial aid materials.
• Stay informed on financial aid opportunities and best outreach practices.
• Help refine CCOG operations and policy development.
