Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and database software.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document, maintain, and track student interactions in CCRI systems.
• Assist with registration, degree planning, financial aid options, and liaison with other departments.
• Monitor and outreach to students, intervening early to support academic progress.
• Provide onboarding and information about CCRI resources to support self-service and success.
• Collaborate with staff to meet student success goals and participate in events.
