Job summary

CollegeTracks seeks a passionate, self-driven College Success Coach to mentor students through the transition from high school to college life. You will manage a caseload, track progress, and deliver targeted coaching on academic, financial, and personal skills.

You will work in a hybrid model, meeting on campus or online, and collaborate with multiple program teams. A strong commitment to equal access to education is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and coursework in education or youth services.
• Experience with under-represented students in high school or college access programs.
• Familiarity with admissions, financial aid, and higher education systems.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments and with diverse families.
• Experience designing programs, events, and curricula.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one college and career coaching on transition, enrollment, retention, and financial aid.
• Develop and maintain a degree completion plan using CollegeTracks’ tools.
• Meet with students on campus or virtually each semester to review goals and progress.
• Facilitate workshops and career preparation skills training for students.
• Advocate for students and help overcome barriers to success.
• Collaborate with college staff and community partners to support student development.
