The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and customer service, along with leadership experience. The position includes a hybrid work schedule with in-office attendance required three days per week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in customer service, education, student support, or coaching/mentoring programs.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.

Responsabilités

• Guide a team of success coaches to improve student outcomes.
• Use data and KPIs to track performance and ensure team goals.
