Campus is seeking a dedicated Success Coach in Atlanta to guide students through course planning, accountability, and personal development. You will maintain proactive outreach, build strong relationships, and document progress to help students reach their goals.

This role is in-office three days a week (Tue–Thu) with Monday and Friday remote, offering a base salary of $47,000–$56,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits. Join a mission-driven startup advancing higher education.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong organizational and caseload management skills.
• Ability to build relationships and navigate emotionally sensitive conversations.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of outreach and follow-up.
• In-office attendance three days per week (Tue–Thu) is essential; remote Mon/Fri.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage relationships with students through coaching sessions and ongoing outreach.
• Conduct proactive outreach via phone, text, and chat to keep students engaged and accountable.
• Coach students through personal and academic challenges with empathy and clear next steps.
• Help students break down big goals into actionable steps and track progress with dashboards.
• Balance a caseload of 50–75 students and document notes clearly and consistently.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Onboarding teams to clarify handoffs and student context.
