Dallas College seeks a program lead to support a caseload of students, develop campus and college-wide programming, and promote student success. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster a vibrant college community and wrap-around services that drive engagement and outcomes.

The role emphasizes planning, executing, and assessing programs, with confidentiality and data-informed decision making.

Formación

• Knowledge of the purpose of community colleges and the Dallas College mission.
• Case management experience to support students.
• Experience developing holistic student programs and initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively with students.

Responsabilidades

• Envision, plan and implement student development programs and activities.
• Plan and facilitate campus programs and college-wide events.
• Ensure programs comply with Dallas College policies and regulations.
• Support a caseload of students and track retention and graduation metrics.
• Coordinate workshops and engagement opportunities that foster community.
