Campus seeks a Student Success Team Lead to guide a team of success coaches and improve student outcomes through coaching and data-driven strategies. You will report to the Success Manager and focus on developing your team while building meaningful student relationships and meeting retention and engagement goals.

Formación

• 4+ years in customer service, education, student support, or coaching/mentoring programs.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, with a record of developing teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to relate to students and staff.
• Experience using metrics to drive decisions and track performance.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure coaches build strong, meaningful relationships with students.
• Lead weekly team meetings and pipeline sessions to identify retention strategies.
• Use data and KPIs (retention, attendance, student NPS) to track performance and meet goals.
• Support coaches in addressing challenges and improving outcomes; monitor daily activities (calls, emails, texts).
• Conduct call monitoring to provide feedback and improve coaching outreach.
• Manage a small caseload of students to stay connected with coaching experience.
• Partner with leadership to align on updates, initiatives, and priorities.
• Step in to manage escalated student concerns when needed.
• Use data insights to identify growth areas and implement new initiatives.
• Apply teaching/instructional experience to model clear communication and accountability.
