• Willingness to travel locally for outreach events, including evenings/weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Banner or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial aid outreach plans covering federal/state aid, scholarships, and literacy.
• Coordinate FAFSA nights, on-site/off-campus events, and create informational videos.
• Provide counseling on FAFSA, loans, SAP, and aid programs to students and families.
• Prepare communications, award letters, and information requests as needed.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate student records in the financial aid system and support testing accommodations.
