Qualifications

• Professional office experience and familiarity with college financial aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package financial aid for first year undergraduates and repackaging as enrollment changes occur.
• Counsel students and families in person, by phone or email about aid, payment options and debt management.
• Process verification throughout the academic year for traditional and non‑traditional students.
• Oversee Federal Work-Study, process contracts and monitor earnings, and train supervisors.
• Coordinate outside scholarships and AmeriCorps Education Award programs and communicate with campus offices as needed.
• Enter forms into Datatel/Colleague and perform administrative tasks to support office operations.
