Qualifications

• Proven ability to collect, analyze, and communicate information for evaluation and improvement.
• Experience designing and implementing assessment and evaluation plans.
• Comfort translating complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop assessment plans for student success initiatives and ensure alignment with Pathways to Purpose goals.
• Refine evaluation frameworks, logic models, theories of change, and success measures.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses using surveys, datasets, and stakeholder input.
• Support ongoing development of the Student Success Outcomes Framework (SSOF).
• Create reports, briefs, and data visualizations to inform campus leadership and external funders.
