Seattle Colleges is seeking a Senior Research Analyst to advance the Seattle Promise research, evaluation, and assessment strategy. You will design studies, analyze complex data, and deliver dashboards and reports that inform program improvement and governance.

You will develop outcome measures, ensure data quality and compliance, and communicate findings to leadership and partners. This role blends quantitative and qualitative methods in a hybrid, full-time setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in informatics, data science, mathematics, statistics, or related field or four years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of data science or informatics data work experience.
• Proficiency with SQL, R, Power BI, and data visualization.
• Experience communicating insights to varied audiences.

Responsabilités

• Manage quarterly data deliverables under the Seattle Promise contract with defined definitions and timelines.
• Ensure data security and FERPA compliance across reporting and data sharing.
• Design, develop, and train users on interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI, SSRS).
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and present actionable insights to leadership.
• Support planning by tracking performance metrics aligned with program goals.
