Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA, seeks a Director of Assessment, Information Management, and Educator Effectiveness to oversee accreditation, reporting, and data governance for the School of Education. This full-time, non-exempt role collaborates with the Associate Dean and Executive Director of Educational Leadership to ensure quality programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a closely related field.
• 3 years of job related experience. Graduate education may substitute for some experience.
• Finalist applicants must satisfactorily complete pre-employment background checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accreditation and accountability requirements for the School of Education.
• Interface with OSPI Liaisons & PESB members on WAC and policy changes.
• Coordinate program updates with the Associate Dean and faculty.
• Provide indicator data and other reports to PESB as required.
• Maintain connection with WACTE and participate in annual meetings.
• Organize course schedules and supervise catalog changes for school programs.
• Collaborate with Registrar’s Office on scheduling decisions and classroom assignments.
• Support PEAB administration and provide testing support and state data entry as needed.
• Develop partnerships, grants, and fellowships; support diverse candidates.
• Write and manage grants for alternative pathways to teaching.
