Job summary

University of Western States is seeking a Student Success Advisor / Accommodations Coordinator to support student success, oversight of the Testing Center, and accommodation services. The role requires collaboration with university personnel and flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with four days on campus and one remote day per week, with five days on campus during peak times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least two years in an advising or student support role in higher education.
• Experience with disability accommodations and accessibility services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide student success advising for onboarding, enrollment, and program planning.
• Coordinate testing center scheduling, proctoring, and accommodations.
• Develop and administer the Academic Skills Coaching program and provide coaching.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and coverage across Student Success operations.
• Engage in university service and committee work as assigned.
