UW Tacoma seeks a Student Success Assessment and Evaluation Manager to lead assessment, evaluation, and continuous improvement efforts focused on equitable student success and post-graduation outcomes. This role partners with faculty, staff, and campus leaders to translate findings into action and inform decision-making.

Reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Success, the manager will develop frameworks, conduct analyses, create reports and data visualizations, and support

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with training in research methodologies and statistics.
• At least three years of professional experience in assessment, evaluation, program improvement, or related field.
• Experience translating findings into actionable recommendations for campus stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead assessment, evaluation, and continuous improvement for equitable student success and post-graduation outcomes.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, logic models, theories of change, and measures of success.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses using surveys and institutional data; translate results into actionable insights.
• Develop reports, briefs, and data visualizations for campus stakeholders and external funders.
• Synthesize evidence from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities for institutional action.
• Provide consultation and capacity-building support on assessment planning and program evaluation.
