UW-Green Bay is seeking an Assistant Director of Student Success Programs in a one-year fixed-term appointment. The role focuses on leading student success coaching initiatives, coordinating programs such as the Coordinated Care Program and GPS, and advancing the university’s goals of access and belonging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in higher education or a closely related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, proposes, and implements new or revised unit policies and procedures to comply with regulations and program objectives.
• May manage the unit budget and approve expenditures.
• Assists stakeholders with documentation, financial management, and reporting related to sponsored grants or contracts.
• Provides full-service advising resources and communicates with students regarding advising processes.
• Manages degree programs and certificates, high impact practice programming, and curriculum development.
• Leads development and implementation of academic program initiatives.
• Supervises staff, including hiring and evaluating employees.
• Evaluates existing academic program strategy and recommends enhancements.
• Serves as liaison to internal and external stakeholder groups for partnerships.
