Job summary

Northeastern University is seeking a Success Manager within the EDGE team to oversee the student experience for specific programs. The role reports to the Program & Relationship Manager and emphasizes experiential lifelong learning as a core value.

You will advise learners, work with instructional support, and develop engagement plans while coordinating live sessions, reporting, and orientation activities to ensure learner success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two to four years of student support and/or operations management experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Data analysis and reporting experience.
• Collaborative mindset and teamwork experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist learners with academic and program concerns.
• Coordinate with instructional support to boost learner engagement.
• Develop and implement learner communication and engagement plans.
• Organize live sessions and assist with delivery.
• Collect information and distribute reporting on learner success metrics.
• Escalate learner concerns to the program manager.
• Assist with course registration and student orientation.
