Northeastern University is seeking a Success Manager within the EDGE team to oversee the student experience for specific programs. The role reports to the Program & Relationship Manager and emphasizes experiential lifelong learning as a core value.
You will advise learners, work with instructional support, and develop engagement plans while coordinating live sessions, reporting, and orientation activities to ensure learner success.
Job Summary The Success Manager manages the student experience for specific programs within the Experiential Digital Global Education (EDGE) team’s portfolio to deliver on Northeastern’s values around experiential learning. The Success Manager reports to the Program & Relationship Manager.

Grade/Pay Type: 107S Expected Hiring Range: $53,615.00 - $75,728.75 With the pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary will depend on several factors, which may include your education, experience, location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well as a pay comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role. Salary ranges are reviewed regularly and are subject to change.
