Northeastern University is seeking an Assistant Director of Career Education to provide career coaching, program management, and employer engagement primarily for the Boston Campus and the global network.

The role supports students, alumni, and employers by delivering workshops, guiding job search strategies, resume and interview preparation, and by designing programs that connect students to opportunities. Collaboration with faculty and student groups is essential.

Formación

• A bachelor's degree is required with 1–3 years of experience in career services, recruiting, workforce development, or higher education.
• Experience advising students and early-career professionals with the ability to translate industry dynamics into accessible guidance.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills with designing and managing programs and events with attention to detail and execution.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized and small group career advising and coaching to students and recent graduates.
• Design, deliver, and improve programming across the job search arc (industry exploration, networking, mock interviews, career fairs, salary negotiation).
• Support career education projects including career fairs, employer visits, and engagements with Northeastern students; assist with logistics and delivery of events.
