Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required with 1–3 years of experience in career services, recruiting, workforce development, or higher education.
• Experience advising students and early-career professionals with the ability to translate industry dynamics into accessible guidance.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills with designing and managing programs and events with attention to detail and execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small group career advising and coaching to students and recent graduates.
• Design, deliver, and improve programming across the job search arc (industry exploration, networking, mock interviews, career fairs, salary negotiation).
• Support career education projects including career fairs, employer visits, and engagements with Northeastern students; assist with logistics and delivery of events.
