Job summary

Berklee College of Music is seeking a part-time undergraduate Student Success Assistant to serve as the frontline contact for students visiting the Center and to provide key administrative support for full-time staff.

The role involves greeting students, signing in for appointments, guiding to resources, maintaining office supplies, and collaborating with peers to support the Success Center. Summer/fall shifts are scheduled, with a 5–10 hour workweek and an hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Current student at Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
• Enrolled at least half-time in an undergraduate or graduate program; summer requires pre-registration for fall.
• Maintains SSN and valid US visa status as applicable.
• Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA; first-semester students may work.
• Federal Work Study eligibility may apply.
• In good disciplinary standing; located in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet students, staff, and visitors at the Student Success Center.
• Sign students in for appointments and direct them to appropriate spaces.
• Assist in guiding students to campus resources and online resources.
• Develop knowledge of Student Success departments and staff roles.
• Perform daily opening and closing functions and complete office tasks.
