Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, project-management, and data-management skills.
• Ability to analyze transcripts, student records, and graduation requirements with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop positive, productive relationships with high school students.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities, deadlines, and student cases simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, student information systems, learning management systems, and other technology platforms.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teachers, administrators, students, families, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze transcripts and graduation requirements to identify at-risk students.
• Maintain current list of students needing credit recovery with progress dates.
• Enroll students in appropriate credit recovery courses.
• Provide weekly credit recovery progress reports to leadership.
• Coordinate after-school programs, rosters, attendance, and partners.
• Monitor participation and track program goals.
• Communicate with students and families about requirements and progress.
