Job summary

Fort Worth ISD seeks a Coordinator for Attendance & Credit Recovery to lead district initiatives and improve student outcomes across all grades. You will oversee programs like SSI High School Credit Recovery, IGC, Attendance Recovery, and Early Warning System.

You will collaborate with campus administrators, Parent & Student Engagement, Equity & Excellence, and other Student Support Services staff to reach at-risk students. Strong data, reporting, and training skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required.
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in education or district-level program administration.
• Experience with attendance, credit recovery, and student support initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate instructional, operational, and fiscal resources for program implementation.
• Develop and maintain information systems and records for program success.
• Use program data to inform long- and short-term action plans to improve student outcomes.
• Coordinate professional learning for district personnel.
• Monitor attendance reporting infrastructure and operations.
• Lead professional development and trainings and coordinate public-facing reports.
