Qualifications

• Experience supporting students in educational settings.
• Ability to work one-on-one with diverse youth.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to increase student success.
• Promote attendance and implement improvement strategies.
• Arrange tutoring and other academic supports.
• Provide social-emotional learning support.
• Connect students and families with community resources.
• Assist with home visits to strengthen school-family connections.
• Recruit and train volunteers for tutoring, mentoring or school events.
