Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in orientation/new student programs, student engagement, leadership development or student affairs programming.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate large-scale student programs and events.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build productive relationships with students, faculty, staff, and campus stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate large-scale orientation and new student programs.
• Provide individualized coaching to support student success.
• Develop and facilitate workshops and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with campus partners to connect students with resources.
• Assist in data collection, assessment and program evaluation.
