Job summary

You’ll design and deliver orientations, partner with Admissions, Advising, and Career Services, and use Workday Student to manage caseloads and track progress. A bachelor’s degree and two years in education or related fields are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• Two (2) years of experience in education, social work, customer service, or other related fields is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct individualized guidance, academic coaching, and advising on goal setting, learning strategies, time management, and organizational skills that impact placement and enrollment.
• Assist students through admission, enrollment, and financial aid processes and provide proactive outreach.
• Track activities, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend outreach changes.
• Utilize Workday Student to run reports, manage caseloads, and send engagements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field
