Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Teaching Certificate (Arizona or equivalent).
• 3+ years of successful classroom teaching experience.
• Experience implementing PBIS or MTSS/MTBS frameworks.
• Preference for trauma-informed practices or restorative justice experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis to drive interventions.

Responsibilities

• Support school-wide PBIS (Tiers I-III) and behavior initiatives.
• Collaborate with SIT to monitor and refine behavior systems.
• Analyze discipline, attendance, and academic data to inform interventions.
• Provide coaching on classroom management and restorative practices.
• Engage families and coordinate with staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
