Job summary

Tucson Unified School District is seeking an MTSS Facilitator to promote and lead MTSS across academic, social, emotional, and behavioral supports for all students. You will evaluate data to inform interventions, provide professional development, and support Professional Learning Communities.

The role involves coordinating Tier 2 and 3 services, acting as a case manager, and collaborating with staff to advance PBIS, restorative practices, and equitable treatment for students of color.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with five years in teaching, counseling, or behavioral interventions in K-12.
• Knowledge of RTI frameworks for academics, social-emotional and behavior management.
• Strong verbal and written English communication and ability to read/interpret guidance.

Responsibilities

• Promote and facilitate MTSS processes for academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Evaluate student data to inform targeted interventions and resources.
• Provide professional development and support Professional Learning Communities.
• Facilitate Tier 2 and 3 support and act as a case manager.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to advance PBIS, restorative practices, and equity.
