Job Summary:
The Student Success facilitator serves as a critical member of the school leadership team, supporting the academic and behavioral success of all students within a K-8 setting. This position is designed to support a diverse student population with significant academic needs by implementing comprehensive, data-driven systems of support. A key component of this role is maintaining a strong academic focus on the school's lowest-performing students by identifying attendance, behavior, and learning gaps, coordinating targeted interventions, and collaborating with teachers to ensure rigorous, scaffolded instruction that accelerates student growth and achievement.
The Facilitator supports school-wide implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), including ISD's Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) framework. The role includes coaching teachers, supporting student behavior interventions, engaging families, and collaborating with staff to create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
