Isaac Elementary School District seeks a Student Success facilitator to support MTSS and PBIS across a K-8 campus. You will coach teachers, coordinate interventions, and collaborate with families to boost attendance, behavior, and academic growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Teaching Certificate (Arizona or equivalent) required.
• 3+ years of successful classroom teaching experience.
• Experience implementing PBIS, MTSS, or MTSS/MTBS frameworks preferred.
• Experience in instructional coaching, trauma-informed practices, or restorative justice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support MTSS and PBIS implementation across the campus (Tiers I-III).
• Coach teachers and support behavior interventions and classroom management.
• Collaborate with families and SIT to monitor discipline, attendance, and academics.
• Facilitate interventions (CICO, self-regulation, conflict resolution) and BIPs.
• Lead professional development on culturally responsive instruction.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and multidisciplinary teams.
