Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in academic support, coaching, or resource management.
• Experience with academic coaching, tutoring, or student support services.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Designs, develops, and implements workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions to improve student skills in areas such as academic preparedness, time management, learning strategies, and career readiness.
• Provides personalized academic coaching to students to help them achieve their educational and career goals.
• Supports the delivery of new student orientations, introducing academic support services and available resources.
• Tracks and analyzes student performance, persistence, and completion data, developing action plans to improve student success and retention.
• Collaborates with faculty and campus staff to identify student needs and provide targeted interventions and resources.
• Manages day-to-day operations of the campus Learning Resource Center (LRC).
• Coordinates circulation of learning materials, books, digital resources, and research materials.
• Maintains and organizes LRC resources aligned with curriculum and program needs.
• Provides students with research assistance and guidance on using academic resources effectively.
• Works with faculty to select and acquire learning materials and resources.
• Participates in developing and implementing the LRC Master Plan.
• Collects and analyzes student data related to academic performance and resource usage.
• Provides reports on student progress and retention with insights for improvements.
• Serves as a liaison between students, faculty, and campus leadership.
• Participates in campus meetings, committees, and task forces as assigned.
• Communicates with stakeholders regarding student progress and resource needs.
• Assists in administering the LRC operations budget and procurement of materials.
• Ensures LRC operations comply with policies and program requirements.
• Supports organization and management of library and learning materials with inventory checks.
• Participates in staff training and professional development.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Academic Dean or Campus Director.
