The role includes providing personalized coaching, organizing workshops, and overseeing the Learning Resource Center, on-site. The position collaborates with faculty and campus leadership to track progress, align resources with curriculum, and implement initiatives that enhance the student experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in academic support, coaching, or resource management.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions to improve student skills.
• Provides personalized academic coaching to help students achieve educational and career goals.
• Tracks and analyzes student performance and retention, developing improvement plans.
• Manages day-to-day operations of the Learning Resource Center (LRC) and coordinates resources.
• Collaborates with faculty to select learning materials and supports course content and program goals.
• Collects and analyzes student data and reports progress to stakeholders.
• Serves as a liaison between students, faculty, and campus leadership.
