Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) required.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in coaching, advising, or related roles in higher education.
• Experience in programming, presenting, providing workshops and/or teaching.
• Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with campus partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and group coaching to undergraduates to support engagement and success.
• Plan, promote, and coordinate data-based student support programs for designated cohorts.
• Coordinate and train student staff and graduate assistants in coaching and marketing tasks.
• Develop partnerships across campus to support retention and graduation goals.
• Organize staff bonding events and oversee marketing efforts for programs.
