Job summary

tnAchieves is seeking a COMPLETE coach who cares deeply about student success, is hardworking and adaptable while maintaining a positive mindset. Coaches thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and build relationships with post-secondary staff to expand resource knowledge and support student achievement.

The role works with an average cohort of 400 students, serving as an accountability partner and guiding them to resources and grants that fit their needs.

Qualifications

• Public speaking and presenting to groups of students and staff.
• Strong time management to handle a data-driven schedule.
• Experience with organizing and tracking student data systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicates daily with students and parents.
• Prepares meeting materials for TN Promise.
• Conducts one-on-one and group meetings on college campuses.
• Maintains student database and documents processing.
• Assists with planning tnAchieves Summer Programs.
• Attends team meetings as scheduled.
