Job summary

Campus is seeking a Student Success Team Lead in Atlanta, GA to guide a team of success coaches, foster strong relationships with students, and drive retention and engagement through data-driven coaching.

The role reports to the Success Manager and emphasizes developing the team, tracking KPIs like retention and NPS, and delivering measurable outcomes while maintaining a client-focused, student-centered approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer service, education, student support, or coaching roles.
• 3+ years in leadership, with team development experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide a team of success coaches and improve student outcomes.
• Lead weekly team meetings and pipeline sessions.
• Use data and KPIs to track performance and meet goals.
• Monitor daily activities (calls, emails, texts) for timely student engagement.
• Conduct call monitoring and provide coaching feedback.
• Manage a small caseload of students and provide direct support.
• Partner with leadership to align on updates and priorities.
• Act as a resource for escalated student concerns.
• Use data insights to identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives.
• Apply teaching experience to coach the team with clear communication.
