Job summary

Campus is seeking a Student Success Team Lead in Atlanta to guide a team of success coaches and improve student outcomes through effective coaching and data-driven strategies. You will report to the Success Manager, develop your team, and ensure strong student relationships while meeting retention and engagement goals.

You will lead weekly meetings, monitor KPIs such as retention, attendance, and NPS, and support coaches with challenges.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in customer service, education, student support, or coaching/mentoring programs.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset with metrics to track performance.
• Passion for coaching and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure coaches build strong, meaningful relationships with students.
• Lead weekly team meetings and pipeline sessions to identify retention strategies.
• Use data and KPIs like retention and NPS to track performance.
• Support coaches in addressing challenges and improving outcomes.
• Monitor daily activities (calls, emails, texts) to ensure timely student engagement.
• Conduct call monitoring to provide feedback and improve coaching.
• Manage a small caseload of students to stay connected with coaching.
• Partner with leadership to align on updates and priorities.
• Act as a resource for the team and handle escalated student concerns.
• Use data insights to identify growth areas and implement initiatives.
• Apply teaching experience to coach the team effectively.
