Job summary

Boundless Learning is seeking a highly organized Student Success Advisor to support students enrolled in online programs from acceptance to graduation. You will deliver customer-centric support, answer inquiries, and coach students to achieve their academic goals.

Based in our Chandler, AZ office, you will collaborate with the North American Student Success team, maintain accurate records in Salesforce, and help drive retention and enrollment outcomes through proactive outreach and personalized

Qualifications

4-year degree from an accredited institution.
Experience building relationships with customers/students and internal stakeholders.
Experience with customer/student-centric processes and support levels.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and IT systems.
Ability to communicate with diverse backgrounds.
Experience in Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

Deliver prompt responses and proactive outbound communication by phone, email, and SMS.
Achieve personal student retention targets while maintaining high service levels.
Promote continuous study and guide students toward timely graduation.
Maintain detailed student records in Salesforce CRM.
Build strong relationships with a student base and collaborate with the North American Student Success team.
