Job summary

Boundless Learning is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students through applications, enrollment, and onboarding for bachelor’s, master’s, and certificate programs. You will understand needs, demonstrate program fit, and support through admissions, registrations, and start dates.

Collaborative, team-focused environment with emphasis on learner success. You will manage communications across calls, SMS, chats, and emails, build a strong pipeline of leads, and adhere to compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Sales-focused contact center, inside sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of college admissions and recruitment preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily call, email, and lead generation targets.
• Guide prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process.
• Maintain and manage an active pipeline of leads.
• Use database tools to track interactions and progress.
• Communicate trends and updates with the team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/evenings as needed.
