Job summary

Boundless Learning in Orlando, FL is seeking a highly organized Student Success Advisor to deliver proactive, student-centric support and manage a caseload that spans enrollment to graduation.

You will build strong relationships with students and university partners, coach students to retain and complete programs, and use Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office to track progress and outcomes. Flexibility for some late-night and weekend coverage is required.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience building relationships with customers/students and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with customer/student centric processes and support levels.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and IT systems.
• Ability to work with diverse cultural, educational, and professional backgrounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including some late nights and weekends.
• Proven experience achieving targets in a customer service role.
• Higher Education experience or knowledge of the Higher Education industry.
• Experience in Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt response rates and proactive outbound communication to provide information and guidance via phone, email, and SMS.
• Achieve personal student retention targets and contribute to overall retention goals.
• Promote continuous study and identify at-risk students, providing effective interventions.
• Re-engage students taking a break to maintain engagement and progression.
• Serve as a program specialist with knowledge of curriculum, policies, and support services.
• Welcome new students, build rapport, and provide pastoral support for program success.
• Maintain relationships with students and collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality service.
• Develop processes for proactive student support, progression, and retention.
• Maintain accurate student records in the Salesforce CRM.
