Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience working with youth and families.
• Experience in youth group facilitation, case management, or school-based support is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor students with chronic absenteeism and academic concerns through regular school visits.
• Maintain communication with students, parents, counselors, and school staff.
• Enter demographic, attendance, and assessment data into the LCM database (Apricot).
• Coordinate services with schools and community partners and facilitate family engagement events.
• Represent LCM at community meetings and events as assigned.
