Qualifications

• 0-2 years in educational support, youth mentorship, case management, or related field.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and educational technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the registration and enrollment process for new students.
• Provide comprehensive support during student orientation to set up success.
• Act as a case manager for a cohort, monitoring attendance and engagement.
• Engage in recruitment canvassing and one-on-one academic support with students.
• Advocate for students by connecting them to academic and non-academic resources.
• Provide daily operational support and participate in academy meetings and events.
