Job summary

Acceleration Academies is seeking a Student Advocate to support graduation-focused programs across our academy locations. You’ll build meaningful relationships, assist with enrollment and orientation, and help students overcome barriers to attendance and progress.

This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals in education or youth services, offering on-site work, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience in education or youth services will be considered.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in educational support or case management.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and educational technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with registration and enrollment of new students.
• Support student orientation and set up for success.
• Act as case manager for attendance and retention initiatives.
• Utilize outreach to identify barriers and remove obstacles to engagement.
• Contribute to recruitment efforts and provide one-on-one academic support.
• Collaborate with student support teams to track learning pathways and progress.
• Engage in professional development and participate in academy events.
