Job summary

Broadway Babies and Kids in Foster City, CA is seeking a part-time Student Success Advisor in a hybrid role. You will engage with prospective students and families, identify suitable trial classes, and ensure accurate student enrollment.

You will work onsite at the studio with some remote tasks, reporting to the Student Success Manager/Studio Manager and collaborating with teaching staff to support student success and studio operations.

Qualifications

• Background in performing arts to understand programs and student needs.
• Customer service experience 1+ years.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales or enrollment experience 2+ years.
• Ability to collaborate with teaching staff and team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Tech proficiency with JackRabbit, Google Suite, PDF, and RingCentral.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the internal studio email account and phone system.
• Answer calls, voicemails, and update voicemail messages as needed.
• Keep studio databases and prospect pipelines up to date.
• Enroll new students and conduct enrollment conferences.
• Track attendance and renewals for students.
• Assist with events, workshops, and marketing activities.
• Provide administrative support and maintain a professional studio environment.
