We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performing Arts Studio Manager to lead our vibrant studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the success of the studio, managing a team of dedicated instructors, and fostering a positive and thriving environment for both staff and students. The Studio Manager will be instrumental in driving business growth, managing financial aspects, and maintaining a high standard of excellence in all aspects of the studio's operations.
Onsite at assigned studio location.
Lead, inspire, and manage a team of dance instructors and Student Success Advisors.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity, professional development, and teamwork.
Operations Management:
Oversee the overall success of the studio, ensuring all activities align with the studio's mission and objectives.
Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance studio productivity and effectiveness.
Manage payroll and human resources functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit and loss statements, to ensure the studio's financial health.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, control costs, and maximize profitability.
Customer Relations:
Maintain excellent relationships with students, parents, and the community to enhance the studio's reputation and foster a positive studio culture.
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain students.
Participate in community events to promote the studio and engage with potential students.
Experience:
5+ years of previous experience as a store manager, school manager, theater company manager or in a similar leadership role is required.
Proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving business objectives.
Previous experience as a professional performing artist preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, arts administration, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in financial management and experience with payroll systems.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in Google Suite and other relevant software.
