• Deliver the BODYROK Service Promise in a clean, friendly studio.
• Assist members and guests in person and by email.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and orderliness.
• Initiate tasks and perform duties with minimal direction.
• Monitor emails and ensure proper check-in procedures.
• Build relationships to drive membership enrollment and sales.
