Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; two years of experience in student services programs.
• Experience in student services, academic advising, enrollment management, retention, or student success in higher education.
• Knowledge of student support resources and academic advising practices.
• Experience using student information systems and advising platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technology used to support student services operations.

Responsibilities

• Counsel, advise, and assist prospective, new, returning, transfer, and continuing students with onboarding, planning, registration, and referrals to college resources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with academic departments to support student success initiatives.
• Provide ongoing support to an assigned caseload of students navigating academic, financial, and personal challenges.
• Monitor student progress, respond to alerts, and implement proactive intervention strategies to improve persistence and completion.
• Utilize student success technologies to track engagement and performance, and maintain documentation with confidentiality.
